CMRG adopts Headway's recruitment & sourcing methodologies

Headway Corporate Resources, a North American workforce solutions provider, announced its recruitment solution partnership with Casual Male Retail Group, an international specialty retailer of big and tall men's apparel.
Headway's leading-edge recruitment strategies, combined with its technology-driven sourcing and assessment processes, has enabled the Casual Male Retail Group to find and acquire superior quality store managers, assistant managers and district managers in a more effective and efficient manner over traditional recruiting methods.

Headway has been working with the Casual Male Retail Group since late 2009 and has sourced, screened and touched over 15,000 job seekers for the apparel retailer.

Headway's recruitment solution for Casual Male Retail Group includes proactive sourcing methodologies as well as a 3-level customized assessment program which aligns with the retailer's most sought-after candidate characteristics. Also, key to the program's success is Headway's centralized delivery model and GPS Recruitment technology, which reduces the time and resources required to find, qualify and select the best matched talent.
