APART North America, the U.S. arm of APART International and a luxury brand member of the Otto Group, one of the largest retailers and eCommerce organizations in the U.S. and Europe, has launched their eCommerce site utilizing Venda's new Fulfillment PROTM service.

Launched in the Fall of 2009 and led and founded by Murat Goker and Francesco Cardoletti, APART North America is now a front-runner in delivering top-tier order fulfillment at contained and predictable cost. Venda, the world's largest on-demand eCommerce platform, and Quiet Logistics, the first multi-tenant robotic Fulfillment to Consumer (F2C) outsource provider, have delivered an integrated solution for APART's North American Apparel eCommerce business, ensuring quality, timeliness, accuracy, cost reductions and efficiency.

“We knew the pivotal element of online transactions was fulfillment and in choosing Venda as our eCommerce software platform, we were eager to take full advantage of their superior end-to-end functionality,” said Francesco Cardoletti, CEO of APART North America. “Venda Fulfillment PRO powered by Quiet Logistics allowed us to put the focus where it belongs – on fulfillment, giving APART a significant edge in order accuracy, customer service and quality.”

Venda Fulfillment PRO delivers the speed and accuracy of robotic fulfillment to any organization running on the Venda Enterprise eCommerce platform. By combining Venda with Quiet Logistics' innovative and highly automated robotic fulfillment technology, the joint solution provides a single comprehensive eCommerce capability that provides predictable costs, robust speed and throughput, accuracy, and reliability.

“Retailers and manufacturers are beginning to realize that fulfillment is the key to customer satisfaction and loyalty; we are seeing a tremendous demand for an eCommerce end-to-end solution that provides straightforward pricing with measurable improvements in speed and accuracy,” said Jeffrey Max, CEO of Venda, Inc. “APART North America is a terrific example of a company looking to reap the benefits of a solution where both the business and the consumer benefit.”

“It is a privilege to be a part of an eCommerce movement that recognizes the importance of end-to-end eCommerce,” said Bruce Welty, CEO of Quiet Logistics. “As APART North America continues to expand, Venda and Quiet Logistics will deliver a solution that is scalable, flexible and robust enough to manage the peaks in customer demand that APART and other companies can expect to see when using a strong end-to-end solution.”

Both companies offer an industry first, multi-tenanted platform designed to efficiently share and reduce costs across multiple customers while continuously and seamlessly adding new features and capabilities. The integrated service, now live in the U.S., will be available in Europe in 2011 with local facilities and support.
