Men's Wearhouse presentation with enVista at RILA

enVista, a leading enterprise and supply chain consulting services firm, and The Men's Wearhouse, a leading men's clothing and accessories retailer, will present a case study in Retail Supply Chain success and LEAN supply chain best practices at the Retail Industry Leaders' Association's (RILA's) 2011 Logistics Conference in Orlando Florida, February 20-23, 2011. Attendees will learn how The Men's Wearhouse recently consolidated its retail and ecommerce systems to a single platform, across multiple divisions and facilities, to dramatically improve operational efficiencies and reduce cost.
The Men's Wearhouse leveraged enVista's retail supply chain expertise to develop a strategy for operational improvement that integrated LEAN Supply Chain practices to significantly reduce operational waste across its supply chain network. The consolidated vendor platform also improved workforce flexibility, making it easier for employees to move between divisions.
The Men's Wearhouse presentation with enVista at RILA is scheduled for Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at 2:45-3:45pm in Osceola 1-3. The presentation will reveal how companies can effectively upgrade technologies and integrate systems under a single, vendor supported platform by consolidating, evaluating and implementing new systems and procedures. Attendees will understand detailed best practices and results, and lessons learned. enVista will also consult with attendees at enVista Launch Pad “B” throughout the conference.
