Open Systems, Inc. acquires Precise Software

Open Systems, Inc., a leading provider of powerful business, accounting, CRM, ERP, and mobile software solutions, has announced that Precise Software, Inc. has joined Open Systems. Based in Chaska, Minnesota, Precise Software is a leader in development of solutions for the apparel decorating industry with their business management solution, Impress.

The merger positions Precise to access new markets by expanding their geographical presence, and leveraging a large development organisation to extend the functionality of the software to remain at the forefront of technology. The Precise Software division will continue to serve their clients while also selling new business in this specialised industry.

Open Systems has a history of success growing vertical solutions by leveraging the strengths of their core business, and looks forward to enabling that same growth through the partnership with the Precise Software division.
