ReadyCloud, a CRM suite for e-commerce, will now support Magento versions 1 and 2. It will seamlessly integrate to show customer activity across multiple sales channels while connecting the organisation with shipping, messaging and ‘Amazon-like’ product returns. Retailers can use this data to improve customer relationships and create email marketing campaigns.

The ReadyCloud customer relationship management (CRM) is packed with powerful, relationship-building, team management and reporting tools that give e-tailers better insight into their cross-channel customers. This includes: profiles, trends and filters, tasks, orders, shipping and even returns. Each customer profile features a detailed purchase history, complete with individual order lifecycles, said the company in a media statement.
