Superior Group of Companies sales rise 14.1% in Q4 FY19

Superior Group of Companies, a US based brand builder of apparel products, posted 14.1 per cent increase in net sales in fourth quarter (Q4) FY19 to $108.4 million compared to same period prior year. For full financial year 2019, net sales jumped 8.8 per cent to $376.7 million compared to previous year. Net income for the fiscal year 2019 was $12.1 million.
 
Net income for the fourth quarter that ended on December 31, 2019 was $3.0 million. 
 
Group reported that sales at Bamko, which comprises their promotional products segment, grew 54 per cent in Q4 and 33 per cent in full FY19, eclipsing $107 million.
 
Sales at the office gurus, group's remote staffing segment, grew 17 per cent and 16 per cent for the Q4 and full FY19, respectively.  In uniform segment group made significant progress to position themselves for growth through the appointment of new leadership and re-organisations within their healthcare and employee ID businesses; the integration of their ERP system across the segment; expansion of manufacturing capabilities in Haiti; and initiating the expansion and modernisation of their largest automated warehouse facility in Arkansas.
