Hedley & Bennett’s chief marketing officer Jon Levine said that the company considered many platforms before choosing Sync. The company needed one that could work out the box, but was also highly customisable. The company’s key requirement was finding a software partner that could support it along the way, something the Sync team prides itself on, according to a press release by Sync.
“Hedley & Bennett chose to implement our apparel ERP and PLM modules as well as our full integration with QuickBooks, Shopify and Shipstation, which has created huge efficiencies in their e-commerce (B2C) and wholesale (B2B) order fulfilment process,” said Isyncsolutions CEO Peter Booysen. “Another feature that has driven order visibility and accountability is Sync’s intelligent automated reporting module, which alerts sales reps and operations teams, thereby ensuring that customers’ orders remain on track and on time.”
“Given the nuances of our business, the Sync team spent a lot of time getting to learn the ins and outs. Once launched, the Sync team has been very responsive to our ongoing training needs, working through new cases and developing solutions,” said Levine. (PC)
