Title Nine, the largest independently owned and operated retailer for women's outdoor and athletic apparel, has upgraded its website on the e-commerce solution by Kibo, the world's leading cloud-based unified omnichannel commerce platform. The new website further streamlines the retailer's e-commerce operations and enhances the online shopping experience.

A Kibo customer for more than 15 years, Title Nine wanted to reinvigorate its previous website by elevating the brand experience to better connect with its customer base who are shopping via desktop, mobile and tablet.

"The Kibo e-commerce solution has not only allowed us to expand features and functionality of our new site, but it has created a more seamless shopping experience for our customers. Our goals with the new site were to put more emphasis on building a community of customers and to help them more easily find the products they want," said Chrissy Ginieczki, Vice President of Marketing and e-commerce, Title Nine.

The upgraded site includes enhanced content on each product page, an improved checkout flow in all channels and an engaging mobile experience for Title Nine shoppers. This has resulted in higher conversion rates across all touchpoints and improved customer interaction with the brand.

New features of the upgraded website include 'Meet Our Models' feature to support brand differentiation. Title Nine models are real people. Their stories are prominently featured on the retailer's homepage, including lifestyle shots in products and recommended products to purchase. Priority is being given to social media to build community. Social features on the home page display Instagram photos of customers wearing Title Nine apparel while swimming, running, hiking, or travelling.

Guided selling tools including Meet our Bravangelists, Bra Fit Calculator and Fit Tips & Tricks help customers find the right sports bra for them, while Shop by outfit page features photo spreads that include both products in a collection and lifestyle imagery.

"As the retail industry continues to undergo reinvention, we are proud to work with retailers like Title Nine who are dedicated to making online shopping a fun and engaging experience for consumers. Title Nine's focus on community and female empowerment shines through in the new e-commerce site. We look forward to many more years of working together with the Title Nine team, providing their customers with new and engaging ways to shop," said Julie Hogin, VP of operations, Kibo. (KD)
