Since the rise of mobile-commerce, there have been many questions related to how the organizations should approach and implement a great tablet experience on their sites and apps.

Purpose of the study

The primary purpose of conducting this Tablet Usability Benchmark Study is to focus on gauging the user experience of 300 participants, comprising of both males and female online shoppers of apparel products, who were asked to complete a series of tasks (such as finding and purchasing a winter jacket) on various websites using their tablet device, followed by questionnaires.

The retail tablet websites tested were Columbia, The North Face, and Under Armour. During the webinar, UserZoom will share results related to:
