30 December 1993, Hualon Corporation Vietnam was incorporated as a 100% foreign-owned company under the Foreign Investment Law of Vietnam.Hualon Corporation Vietnam is fast advancing as the world's first class textile manufacturer. Its primary products are draw textured yarns, knitting fabrics, gray fabrics and dyed/finished fabrics. Hualon emerges as a prominent world leader with its head corporate office in Malaysia. Its expansion covers Taiwan. Czech Republic, Japan, China and Vietnam. With continuous improvement to innovate its production facilities, quality has become Hualon's foremost competitive edge in this industry.

Establishment of Different Plants:

1995: Established the Draw Textured Yarn Plant with 38 Draw Texturizing machines
1995: Established the Knitting Plant with 135 Circular Knitting machines.
1997: Established the Two for One Plant with 134 machines total.
1997: Established the Weaving Plant with 1504 Water Jet Loomps.
1997: Established the Power Plant with 11 machines (3 big machine with 7MW/machine
on running, 8 small machine with 1 MW/machine for reserving.
