The Jayanthi Group has an international reputation for quality built over the past 25 years of innovation in the textile industry. Established in 1990, Jayanthi Textile Products is a member of the Jayanthi Group and a manufacturer and exporter of fine combed cotton yarn, various types of Greige Fabrics, Home Textiles and have their presence in sustainable energy too. Jayanthi Textile Products' stern commitment to international standards of quality has resulted in achieving phenomenal growth over the years, to create a forte of their own in the highly competitive market. The mill is equipped with high standard instruments and latest technology, to enhance the quality of products with advanced upgrading being done to meet all the parameters in terms of quality and efficiency.
The mill started with an installed spindleage capacity of 9000 and today, the plant produces 3,40,000 kilograms of yarn per month with the current spindleage capacity of 36000. It possesses the most modern plants, equipped with the latest machinery which ensures production of the finest quality yarns. The range of machineries comprise of the latest from the world renowned manufacturers like VXL Systems, LMW, SKF etc.
In Spinning, we produce over 3.5 million kilograms yarn and over 7 million meters of fabric a year. The mill offers a varied range of yarn, which includes Carded, Combed and Combed Compact yarn in the range of 40s to 80s used in the production of Cone and Greige fabric.
For Weaving, we have the latest and sophisticated Picanol Omniplus Summum, Omniplus Air-jet looms and Sulzer projectile looms in narrow and wider widths. We weave yarn counts from 40's to 120's producing fabrics in the range of 180 TC to 1000 TC catering to a geographically diverse clientele spread across five continents, each of whom has different standards and requirements. We take great pride in our products which are individually tailored to suit the needs of our customers. We export to over 10 countries across the world, including China, Italy, Hong Kong, Turkey, Brazil, Pakistan, Bangladesh, South Korea and Taiwan. Our clientele includes some of the world's finest names in shirting, sheeting and apparel.
Our Linens Division produces a great range of Bed Linen from 180 TC to 1000 TC in Sateen, Plain & Dobby weaves in the required count, construction, finishing and detailing. Our Bed Linen fabrics have wonderful softness, Lustre, Sheen, breathability and Durability. We serve Hospitality customers, Importers, Small & Medium Retailers, Boutique Shops and Fitness Centers.
