Germany based textile and technical textile finishing machinery producer A. Monforts Textilmaschinen GmbH & Co. KG participated at INDEX 14 held in Geneva from April 8 to 11 at stall no. 4121.

A. Monforts Textilmaschinen GmbH has a huge range of technologies for the nonwoven and the technical textile industry. These include;

Special range for nonwoven finishing

• Installation for finishing of technical nonwovens from 100 to 5500 g/m2 with a thickness of 0.5 to 22 mm

• Padder with slitter

• Stretcher with a force of up to 10,000 N in longitudinal direction

• Reinforced tracks with maximum transverse forces of 10,000 N

• Special cutting installation

Range for fixing of 3-dimensional warp knits

• Fixing of 3-dimensional warp knits up to a thickness of 60 mm (car seats, mattresses, etc.)

• Montex with conveyor belt for fixing of made-up sheets

• Cooling chamber for efficient cooling of the bulky 3-dimensional warp knits

Range for thermal bonding of nonwovens (hygiene articles)

• Thermal bonding of PP and fusible fibres at speeds of up to 100 m/min

• Lower transport belt

• Special round nozzles

• Integration with a cross lapper

Airbag range

• Drying, fixing and coating in a single operating process

• For crease-free drying of the coating

• Special configuration for better cleaning
