Hexagon Composites acquires assets of MasterWorks

Hexagon Lincoln, a subsidiary of Hexagon Composites has acquired assets of US based, MasterWorks which in turn, has three divisions; MasterWorks Machining, MasterWorks Composite Solutions and Helman Tensioners.

MasterWorks and Helman Tensioners specialize in providing innovative design and manufacturing solutions for the composites industry.

Norway headquartered - Hexagon said this acquisition enhances its leadership and manufacturing robustness, which will strengthen its position as the global leader and will provide additional capabilities for further expansions.

Hexagon Linclon has acquired the three businesses located in Maryland, which have 29 employees on their rolls for a transaction amount of $1.7 million.

The business will operate under a newly formed entity, MasterWorks, Inc., as a wholly owned subsidiary of Hexagon Lincoln, and will continue offering world class services and products to the composites industry. (AR)
