We have the most advanced German Made Knitting machines, knitting wide range of products supported by the comprehensive 6-step inspection system. Once the yarn is knitted, we follow the 4-point system for checking the fabric quality. We will keep the buyers posted with the values and keep sharing the performances of shrinkage and spirality. Our machines are maintained like nowhere. We have invested on LUWA humidification systems to manage the fly yarns and to avoid the wastage due to atmospheric conditions.

We are also equipped with the state of the art laboratories for the yarn and the fabric testing. We have worked out few standards for our self for all parameters like Imperfection level, TPI, CSP, CV%, Lea Strength, unevenness, hairiness etc. We constantly check the quality for the yarn across the seasons. And hence we work out the purchases based on the variation in qualities in the season’s beginning and the end.

Currently we buy yarns from Sintex mills where they are well equipped by machines like Truetzschler and Reiter throughout the process. We have our technical team in these mills and so we will have adequate access (for any issues on all parameters) throughout the process all the time.

We have been awarded excellence awards for exports , NFEE and for Employment in the consecutive years 2014 and 2015 in our LLIN business from Minister of corporate affairs and Minister of finance, INDIA.
