MESB receives licence for Crocodile trademarks in Malaysia

Miroza Leather (M) Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Malaysian investment holding company MESB Berhad, has received exclusive licence from Crocodile International Sdn Bhd (CISB) for two years and 11 months to use the Crocodile trade marks in Malaysia for men's apparel and handkerchiefs. The licence agreement will be renewed later for an additional two years.
Miroza will pay royalty to CISB based on the net sales or at a fixed amount, whichever is higher, according to Malaysian media reports. (DS)
