Asian benzene prices decline due to lower energy values

Benzene prices moved down in Asia in the last week due to lower energy values in the region.
In Korea, average prices reduced by US$ 20/ton and assessed at US$ 750/ton in the last week, a declination of 2.60 per cent over the price prevailing at the end of the previous week.
In Japan, average prices went down by US$ 20/ton to US$ 755/ton in the last week, as compared to previous week, after a decrement of 2.58 per cent.
In India, average prices plunged by US$ 20/ton and quoted at US$ 760/ton in the last week, as compared to previous week, a drop of 2.56 per cent.
