Asian benzene prices decline past week

Benzene prices plunged in Asia in the last week due to lackluster business activity in the region.
In Korea, average prices stepped down by US$ 35/ton and assessed at US$ 780/ton in the last week, a drop of 4.29 per cent compared to previous week.
In Japan, average prices decreased by US$ 35/ton and quoted at US$ 785/ton in the last week, a fall of 4.27 per cent over the price prevailing at the end of the previous week.
In SE Asia, average prices declined by US$ 35/ton and assessed at US$ 790/ton in the last week, a reduction of 4.24 per cent over the previous week.
