Asian propylene prices move up last week

Propylene prices marched higher in Asia in the last week due to improved product demand sentiments in the region.
In Korea, average prices scaled up by US$ 35/ton and secured at US$ 895/ton in the last week as compared to US$ 860/ton in the previous week.
In Japan, average prices improved to US$ 880/ton in the last week from US$ 870/ton in the previous week.
In China, average prices surged by US$ 40/ton and recorded at US$ 945/ton in the last week, a climb of 4.42 per cent over the previous week.
In NE Asia, average prices surged to US$ 835/ton in the last week, registering a gain of 3.73 per cent from the previous week.
