Asian PTA prices fall last week

PTA prices dropped down in Asia in the last week. The price fall was attribute to weak regional product demand.

In FE Asia, average prices reduced by US$ 5/ton and assessed at US$ 645/ton in the last week, after a fall of 0.77 per cent as compared to the previous week.
In SE Asia, average prices moved down by US$ 5/ton and quoted at US$ 665/ton in the last week, a decrement of 0.75 per cent over the price prevailing at the end of the previous week.
In India, average prices plunged by US$ 5/ton and quoted at US$ 670/ton in the last week, as compared to previous week, a drop of 0.74 per cent.
