- In Jan-Feb 2024, US saw a 12.49 per cent rise in textile and apparel imports, reaching 14,147.585 million SME. Apparel imports grew by 1.72 per cent, while textile imports surged by 17.44 per cent.
- Conversely, US exports of textiles and apparel declined by 3.04 per cent.
- This trend reflects ongoing caution among foreign buyers towards US textile products.
