Semi Dull: Semi dull polyester textured yarns are manufactured using partially oriented yarn (POY) having lower luster when compared to POY used for bright yarns. These yarns are known for their strength and durability. They are extensively used for weaving and embroidery work in garments and apparels industry. Our range of semi dull polyester textured yarns is available in various deniers and filaments.

Full Dull: Full dull polyester textured yarn has the qualities of high tenacity, strength and looks like cotton fiber. The raw material for these yarns has been chemically and/or physically modified to reduce their normal luster. Our range of yarn has features of good pendent, soft visual appeal and a strong covering. These yarns find large application in the production of apparels, home-textiles, etc.

Cationic Dyeable: The finest monofilament of this CDP (cationic-dyeable polyester) microfilament can reach 0.5DPF. It is polymerized with compositions that include sulphonic acid radical. Because of the existence of sulphonic acid radical, the combination ability of the yarn with dye molecule is enhanced, improving dyeability of yarn. Therefore fabrics made with this CDP microfilament have rich colors, either dark or bright, after being dyed by cationic dyes. The dyeing cost is lower and it is good for the environment. This fiber is used for achieving various color effects in fabric. CDP is used in top grade apparels, active wear, casual jackets, skirts, trousers, home textiles, toys, and fashion accessories.

Micro Deniers: These are Ultra-fine fibers with a DPF of less than 1.0 providing a superior texture, a gentle drape and incredible softness. Comparatively, microfibers are two times finer than silk, three times finer than cotton, eight times finer than wool and one hundred times finer than a human hair. Fabrics of microfibers can be woven to provide a degree of breathability, while at the same time have wind and water resistance. They are used in performance outerwear and are often laminated onto waterproof/breathable fabrics or treated with waterproof/breathable coatings. End uses include Apparel (hosiery, blouses, dresses, sportswear, ties, scarves, menswear, intimate apparel, active wear, swimwear, outerwear, rainwear) and Home Fashions (curtains, upholstery, sheets, towels, blankets).

We can produce yarns according to the specific needs of the customer. This value addition via customized production promises our customers niche markets.
