SGS acquires Spain-based LeanSis PRoductividad

SGS has acquired LeanSis Productividad, headquartered in Valencia, Spain. LeanSis Productividad provides operational and manufacturing training and capacity building services to over 200 clients across Spain. SGS is the leading inspection, verification, testing, and certification company, known as the global benchmark for quality and integrity.
“This acquisition will provide immediate growth opportunities in Spain and will help us to gain valuable and scalable expertise in the field of organisational capacity building. In addition, this will further diversify our product offering and complement our training portfolio, in line with our certification and business enhancement strategy,” Frankie Ng, CEO of SGS said in a press release.
