VF Corporation completes sale of occupational portion of Work segment

VF Corporation, an American leader in branded lifestyle apparel, footwear and accessories, has completed the sale of the occupational portion of its Work segment to a subsidiary of Redwood Capital Investments, a US-based diversified holding company. VF had announced that it entered into a definitive agreement regarding the sale of this business in April.

The occupational workwear portion of VF’s Work segment includes Red Kap, VF Solutions, Bulwark, Workrite, Walls, Terra, Kodiak, Work Authority and Horace Small brands, the company said in a press note.
The sale does not include the Dickies and Timberland Pro brands.
Terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.
