Dollar Industries Limited, one of India’s leading garment and hosiery companies, has reported 7 per cent revenue growth to ₹1,040.43 crore in its complete fiscal 2021 that ended on March 31, 2021, compared to the revenue of ₹971.81 crore in the previous fiscal. The company’s EBITDA for the year grew to ₹141.56 crore (FY20: ₹109.29 crore).
“This year under review has been overshadowed by the corona virus where the economy is hit but the company reported a positive revenue growth. This quarter the raw-material prices stabilised a bit before showing un-certainty in prices again. The company priority is to keep its stake-holders safe during this second wave we are experiencing. The company is poised to grow and continue its growth journey,” Vinod Kumar Gupta, managing director at Dollar Industries Limited, said in a press release.
Profit after tax (PAT) during FY21 was ₹87.51 crore (₹58.89 crore), while operating revenue for the year increased to ₹1,036.95 crore (₹967.10 crore).
