Landmark Group re-arranges its top leadership

Additionally, Shital Mehta, former CEO of Pantaloons, will be joining the company as executive director at Max Retail Division with an additional charge as the chief executive. He has over 17 years experience with Aditya Birla Group. At Aditya Birla, he was responsible for building and expanding leading menswear brands, ensuring strong backend infrastructure and brand positioning. In the last 4 and a half years, as the CEO of Pantaloons, he led the successful integration of the brand, strengthening their position in the market. Mehta will take up the role on April 1, 2018, officially.
Also, Vinod Menon who is the current chief financial officer was recently introduced into the board as director.
Kabir Lumba has served the Lifestyle and Home Centre business for the past 14 years and has built Lifestyle International Pvt. Ltd., into one of the most respected retail companies in India. Lumba will assume his role from May 1, 2018.
While, Vasanth Kumar has successfully established Max and Easy Buy as a leading value fashion brands in India since the past 13 years. He will join as the managing director of Lifestyle International from April 1, 2018.
