Italy's Giorgio Armani cancels men's & haute couture shows

Italian luxury fashion house Giorgio Armani S.p.A. has announced the Emporio Armani and Giorgio Armani men's show and Giorgio Armani Privé show planned for January have been cancelled. The decision has been taken due to the rising cases of COVID-19 in Europe. The men’s show was scheduled to take place in Milan, while the haute couture show was due to be held in Paris.

“Giorgio Armani announces the cancellation of the #EmporioArmani and #GiorgioArmani Men’s shows and the #GiorgioArmaniPrivé show planned for January,” the luxury fashion house said in a tweet.
However, the men’s fashion week (January 18-23) and couture week (24-27 January) in Paris and Milano Fashion Week Men’s (January 14-18) will be held as planned.
