Japanese firm Sanyo Shokai's net sales surge 6.4% in 9M FY24

- The company's operating profit increased by 68 per cent to 1,727 million yen, and ordinary profit grew by 52.4 per cent to 1,773 million yen.
- Profit attributable to owners jumped 72.2 per cent to 1,696 million yen compared to last year.
The operating profit for this period saw an impressive 68 per cent rise, reaching 1,727 million yen, up from 1,028 million yen recorded during the same period in the previous year. In terms of ordinary profit, Sanyo Shokai achieved 1,773 million yen, representing a 52.4 per cent increase from the previous year's figure of 1,163 million yen, the company said in a press release.
Most notably, the profit attributable to the owners of the parent company surged by 72.2 per cent, totalling 1,696 million yen, compared to the 985 million yen recorded in the same period of the previous fiscal.
