Indian apparel brand Numero Uno is planning expansion with an investment of more than Rs 10 crore. The company is looking forward to open 36 stores in three years. With more than 80 stores in the northern part of India, the company intends to explore opportunities in other regions of the country while also beginning with export facility next year onwards.

"We would be opening 12 stores per year for the next three years, mostly in South and West India considering less presence in those regions compared to North India," a news agency said quoting Numero Uno Clothing Ltd chief managing director Narinder Singh Dhingra. Considering the expansion plans, the company is expecting 15-20 per cent growth in its revenue.

Expanding its collection range with shirts, t-shirts and footwear among others, now, the company hopes to explore the market in the eastern region of India. Having forayed in the athleisure segment recently, the company aims to gain a large share in the segment in coming years.
