23 Nov 20 1 min read
Berlin-based European e-commerce company Zalando is focusing its efforts on four areas of impact: leadership, talent, customers and partners, according to its co-chief executive officer Rubin Ritter, who recently said its first Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) report shares a snapshot of its progress so far and how it plans to build a more diverse and inclusive environment.
“To be a successful and credible driver of positive change, we need to take a holistic approach and address our core stakeholder groups in a consistent way,” Ritter said in a statement.
“While transformation takes time, and we are still at the beginning of our journey, our progress indicates that we are moving in the right direction. We are committed to playing the long game. We will continue to listen and learn in order to understand where we can do better, and we encourage all of you to get involved, join the conversation, and collaborate with us,” he added.
The D&I report will be an annual feature now.
