Italy's Aeffe announces Altana's incremental purchase in Moschino Kids

- The Board of Directors of Aeffe Spa has announced that Altana Società Benefit S.r.l. has exercised an option to acquire an additional 15 per cent stake in Moschino Kids S.r.l.
- Moschino Kids is now owned 55 per cent by Moschino and 45 per cent by Altana.
- This option was part of the original agreement when Moschino Kids was established in September 2022.
The company Moschino Kids S.r.l. (Moschino Kids), is therefore, at today, owned by Moschino and Altana, with a share of 55% and 45% respectively.
The option in favor of Altana was envisaged in the company's founding agreement signed in September 2022, as disclosed in the press release of 15 September 2022.
