Italy's Aeffe announces Altana's incremental purchase in Moschino Kids

The Board of Directors of Aeffe Spa, a company listed on the Euronext STAR Milan segment of Borsa Italiana, operates in the luxury sector, with a presence in the prêt-àporter, footwear and leather goods division under renowned brand names such as Alberta Ferretti, Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini, Moschino, Pollini communicates that Altana Società Benefit S.r.l. (Altana) - a leading company active in the sector of stylistic design, production and marketing of clothing and related accessories for children and young people on its own and/or on behalf of third parties, has exercised the "incremental" purchase option provided in its favour for the purchase of a further 15% of the capital of the Moschino Kids company and has consequently purchased the relevant shares today, at a price equal to the nominal value of Euro 1,500 (~$1,624.87).

The company Moschino Kids S.r.l. (Moschino Kids), is therefore, at today, owned by Moschino and Altana, with a share of 55% and 45% respectively.

The option in favor of Altana was envisaged in the company's founding agreement signed in September 2022, as disclosed in the press release of 15 September 2022.
