"Inspired by cosmic tree our collection is a mix of fabrics, floral and geometric hand-crafted patterns. A fine blend of traditional and contemporary style, the whole look will appeal to all our fashion lovers. Our intention is to inculcate the power of trees and embrace its might in us and we couldn’t ask for a better place than this Garden City to unveil our creation," said designer Mona of the Monapali brand.
Second day of the fashion event kicked off with young designers showcasing their vibrant works in colourful designs and patterns. Various designers like Amukta & Kriti, Rajesh Nepal, Parimal Jayakar and Mini Shangle also displayed their new collections.
"Season after season, our aim to nurture the creativity and talent of young designers has taken a step ahead by helping them collaborate with the experienced ones as well. For this edition, we are proud to introduce names that define the future of fashion but bring in the rich fashion heritage the country has to offer," said Feroz Khan, event director – Dream Merchants who are organising the fashion event.
The four-day fashion event will conclude on August 6, 2017. (RR)
