Kaveri and Tisa unveil great fashion stories at LFW

Kaveri's show called “Festive Dreams” was a visually stunning showcase as the models glided down the ramp. Always partial to linen, which the brand gets specially woven, there was just a minute hint of chantilly lace, organza and linen knits.
Accessories from Kaveri included ruffled scarves and wraps that highlighted the draped, layered creations.
Yesteryear Hindi film actor Shabana Azmi made a show stopping entry for the label in a black and white layered kurta teamed with a pink pleated dupatta with white frills.
Following an unusual approach towards trends but with multi-fun creations, the “Shey” by Tisa collection was inspired by the breathtaking landscapes of Ladakh and its rich minimalistic way of living, that came alive on the ramp in a treasure trove of designs.
Experimenting innovatively with organic yarns, all silhouettes were showered with intense detailing. Reinterpreting tie and dye techniques along with stripes and checks, the brand kept the embellishments to a minimal, letting the garments speak for themselves. (RKS)
