Ted Baker signs Next as lingerie licence partner

British luxury clothing retailer Ted Baker has signed Next as a lingerie and nightwear licence partner as part of a three-year agreement. Both will work to create and distribute Next lingerie and nightwear collections, known as B. The first collection will launch next May and will be sold through Next’s e-commerce channels and Ted Baker’s online platforms.
Ted Baker, which has 20 global product licence partners, currently works with Next on its kidswear range, which launched in spring 2020.
Ted Baker hopes to deliver a more profitable, cash generative and higher return on capital employed, business with the three-year agreement, according to British media reports.
