KPR Mill setting up garment factory near Coimbatore

India’s KPR Mill Ltd, earlier called KPR Cotton Mills Pvt Ltd, is establishing a garment factory near Coimbatore with a production capacity of 42 million garment pieces per year at an estimated cost of ₹250 crores. The factory is coming up near existing facilities to avail of the benefits of integrated activities, it recently disclosed to stock exchanges.
Enquiries from current clientele and new markets are much encouraging and there exists a bright prospect in the United states and other potential markets, the company said.
The company has diversified business focus spanning yarn, fabrics, garments and white crystal sugar.
