Asian benzene prices drop last week

Benzene prices tumbled in Asia in the past week due to poor buying interest in the region.
In Korea, average prices slipped by US$ 15/ton and settled at US$ 835/ton in the last week, a decrement of 1.76 per cent as compared to the previous week.
In Japan, average prices edged lower by US$ 15/ton and quoted at US$ 840/ton in the last week, a fall of 1.75 per cent over the price prevailing at the end of the previous week.
In India, average prices went down by US$ 15/ton and finalized at US$ 845/ton in the last week, a reduction of 1.74 per cent over the previous week.
