Switzerland’s textile machine manufacturer Benninger is set to present its latest technologies at ITMA Milan 2023 from June 8-14, 2023. Specialising in continuous wet processing and jet dyeing, the company will display its products at booth A201 in Hall 18 at Fiera Milano Rho exhibition centre in Milan, Italy.

The company will showcase the Fabricmaster, chemical dispensing system (CDS), Benninger-Kusters cold pad batch (CPB) dyeing station, and SingeRay at the exhibition, Benninger AG said in a press release.

Benninger’s Fabricmaster is the fastest, most versatile, and economic jet dyeing machine of the industry which ensures dramatically shorter process times. It helps in producing the widest range of fabrics at the lowest cost and unmatched water consumption levels, making it the most sustainable way of discontinuous dyeing today.

The CDS serves all kind of discontinuous and continuous machines in an accurate and fast way.

The new Benninger-Kusters CPB dyeing station for knitwear offers a salt-free cold dyeing process. Salt-free dyeing without the use of energy is only possible using the CPB dyeing process. This process is also becoming increasingly popular in tropical and subtropical regions, which is reason enough for Benninger-Kusters to adapt the CPB systems even more effectively to the climatic conditions. The heart of Benninger’s CPB system is the Benninger Kusters Dypad, which will be presented again this year at ITMA Milan. Benninger is the only textile machine manufacturer with the know-how of the original S-roller technology, which is synonymous with an even dyeing result across the entire fabric width.

The new Benninger singeing machine, SingeRay, ensures perfect singeing effects, cost efficiency, and uniform quality. The ‘100 per cent made in Germany’ singeing machine is equipped with two burners and a double nozzle strip. The silicium carbide burning chambers ensure complete combustion, and a constant burner temperature due to four cooling channels. Low gas consumption and a perfect flame will increase the scope of the fibres and blends, added the release.
