Asian benzene prices down last week

Benzene prices drifted lower in Asia in the last week due to poor buying in the region.
In Korea, average prices went down by US$ 40/ton and settled at US$ 585/ton in the last week, a fall of 6.40 per cent as compared to the previous week.
In Japan, average prices marched lower by US$ 40/ton and quoted at US$ 590/ton in the last week, a decline of 6.35 per cent over the price prevailing at the end of the previous week.
In India, average prices decreased by US$ 40/ton and secured at US$ 595/ton in the last week, a reduction of 6.30 per cent over the previous week.
