Asian benzene prices march higher past week

Benzene prices soared in Asia in the last week because of favorable market conditions in the region.
In Korea, average prices enhanced by US$ 20/ton and secured at US$ 945/ton in the last week, a rise of 2.16 per cent compared to previous week.
In Japan, average prices increased by US$ 20/ton and quoted at US$ 950/ton in the last week, an improvement of 2.15 per cent over the price prevailing at the end of the previous week.
In SE Asia, average prices stepped up by US$ 20/ton and recorded at US$ 955/ton in the last week, a hike of 2.14 per cent over the previous week.
