Asian benzene prices surge last week

Benzene prices inched higher in Asia in the last week on the back of strong regional buying trend.
In Korea, average prices surged by US$ 20/ton and assessed at US$ 905/ton in the last week, a rise of 2.25 per cent compared to previous week.
In Japan, average prices went up by US$ 20/ton and quoted at US$ 910/ton in the last week, a lift of 2.25 per cent over the price prevailing at the end of previous week.
In India, average prices increased by US$ 20/ton and recorded at US$ 915/ton in the last week, an advancement of 2.25 per cent over previous week.
