Asian ethylene prices decrease last week

Ethylene prices went down in Asia in the last week owing to dull regional buying interest.
In Korea, average prices declined by US$ 15/ton and recorded at US$ 1340/ton in the last week, a reduction of 1.11 per cent as compared to the previous week.
In Japan, average prices shrunk by US$ 15/ton and quoted at US$ 1335/ton in the last week, showing a drop of 1.11 per cent over the previous week.
In NE Asia, average prices inched lower by US$ 20/ton and concluded at US$ 1355/ton in the last week over the previous week, a decrement of 1.45 per cent.
In SE Asia, average prices plunged by US$ 20/ton and settled at US$ 1240/ton in the last week, registering a fall of 1.59 per cent as compared to the previous week.
