Responsibilities concerning the budget allocation have been delegated among relevant officials, reports further added citing senior official from the concerned ministry.
The budget for FY25 marks the 53rd budget presentation for the country and the 25th under the Awami League government.
Notably, Tajuddin Ahmed presented the country’s inaugural budget as the finance minister in 1972.
