China's installed solar power capacity grows 29.2% YoY

The country’s total investment of major power generation companies in solar power soared 326.7 per cent YoY to 157.4 billion yuan (about $22 billion).
China's total installed power generation capacity by the end of October reached about 2.5 billion kilowatts, growing 8.3 per cent YoY, according to Chinese media reports.
In its pursuit of green development, China has also enhanced its renewable energy investment in 2022, as it has accelerated the construction of large-scale wind power facilities and photovoltaic bases, especially in desert areas.
