European benzene prices down last week

Benzene prices plunged in Europe in the last week due to sluggish buying interest in the region.

In Europe, benzene prices decreased by US$ 25/ton and assessed at US$ 800/ton, a drop of 3.03 per cent as compared to the previous week.

Meanwhile, in US, average prices remained unchanged and quoted at 265 cents/gallon as compared to previous week due to due to subdued buying trend in the region.
