The circular knitting group presents two new systems, the LCmax needle and SNK-SF sinker. The LCmax features a wave-shaped shank geometry that reduces energy costs and has a lower CO2 footprint. The SNK-SF sinker enhances machine efficiency and improves loop structure. Together with the SNK DUO-OL sinker, they form the SAN DUO knitting system, designed to reduce errors and downtimes. Another innovation is the compound needle, designed to improve process reliability and maintain loop structure at high speeds.

The flat knitting group highlights the SAN TT and SAN FY needles for multi-thread knitting and processing uneven fancy yarns, respectively. The Litespeed plus (LS+) needle offers energy efficiency with reduced power consumption.

The legwear group presents durable dur needles for sock and fine hosiery manufacturing, designed to reduce knitting process costs. The warp knitting group introduces new modules and a guide needle for piezo jacquard machines, enhancing fabric appearance.

The Weaving group presents two weaving preparation machines, the KnotMaster and WarpMasterPlus, alongside its expanded portfolio of technical weaving reeds, used in various high-fineness fabric production.

The felting group reveals a new notch design for felting needles, providing delayed wear and less clogging. Additionally, they present the Groz-Beckert felting needle module, developed with Dilo Group for MicroPunch needling technology.

The tufting product area showcases its gauge part system for producing tufted floor coverings. High precision and material interaction ensure a satisfactory result.

In the carding area, new developments include the finest interlinked card clothing and SiroLock plus types for nonwovens, and a maintenance-free reel clothing for the spinning industry. The services offered by this division are presented through a video.

The sewing product area highlights special application needles from the SANTM series, with different types suited to various materials and operations. It also features the patented INH quality management system for easy handling of sewing machine needles.

The Technology and Development Center (TEZ) offers a virtual 360-degree tour, demonstrating its extensive services including expert advice, product development, training courses, and seminars.

Groz-Beckert’s commitment to sustainability is demonstrated by its numerous products aimed at reducing the company’s carbon footprint, presented alongside implemented sustainability measures.
