As the world emerges from the pandemic, the organisers of textile and garment technology exhibition, ITMA have suggested that the highly anticipated ITMA 2023 is expected to enjoy the same success as it did in Milan in 2015. The organisers invite technology manufacturers to witness new trends, launch of innovative solutions and live machinery demonstrations.

“ITMA is the only place where the entire value chain is present. As we invite the world’s most reputable technology manufacturers to participate, expect the momentum to build up from now till ITMA opens its doors in 2023. In the meantime, join ITMAnetwork to get timely updates,” ITMA said in a press release.

“With Covid-19, many international events within the textile industry were postponed or cancelled. During this period, we have continued with our R&D efforts and will be leveraging the upcoming ITMA exhibition to launch our new machinery. We look forward to the face-to-face interactions with our customers and partners,” Beat Meienberger, CEO of Benninger AG said.

The composite industry is bursting with opportunities and poised to become a dominant force in the textiles industry.

“We will be able to profile our composites solutions in a more prominent manner at ITMA 2023, alongside our portfolio of other innovative solutions in warp knitting, flat knitting, warp preparation and digitalisation. As a matter of fact, we had positive response at ITMA 2019 during the premiere of our completely new technology for manufacturing continuous fibre-reinforced thermoplastics as more visitors were keen to explore technical textile applications,” Jochen Schmidt, CEO of Karl Mayer Technische Textilien GmbH, said in the release.
