With these technological innovations, Jeanologia creates the perfect setting to turn the Chinese market into the most competitive and efficient, increasing its productivity and offering a totally sustainable product. Fabric treated with the new revolutionary G2Dynamic process facilitates the garment finishing, getting more sustainable results and strengthening the results of the laser, by making it faster and more efficient.

The company will also exhibit their Laundry 5.Zero, the first garment finishing plant that guarantees zero contamination and achieves 85 per cent savings in water usage. Laundry 5.Zero encompasses everything needed by the Chinese textile industry to face the new technological era and achieve 5.Zero finishes (zero discharge, zero manual scraping, zero PP spray, zero stone washing, and zero bleach), cutting production time and improving the appearance and quality of the product with a neutral cost and respecting workers’ health.

“With our innovative technology, the Chinese textile industry will be able to reduce their environmental footprint and improve their production costs, overcoming these two challenges that are so important to its future. The Chinese textile industry needs to consolidate its commitment to technology to continue progressing, especially since it’s no longer just a trend but a need, due to the increasing cost of labour and stricter environmental controls when producing,” Borja Trénor, Asia Pacific director at Jeanologia said.

During ITMA, the company will offer hourly demonstrations of their new laser generation that increases productivity and creativity, and obtains more authenticity and realism in designs. (GK)
