Sluggish buying trend backs lower Asian MEG prices

MEG prices plunged in Asia in the last week due to sluggish buying trend in the region.
In SE Asia, average prices reduced by US$ 30/ton and quoted at US$ 770/ton in the last week, a drop of 3.75 per cent compared to previous week.
In India, average prices edged lower by US$ 30/ton and assessed at US$ 770/ton in the last week, a reduction of 3.75 per cent over the previous week.
In China, average prices went down by US$ 40/ton and quoted at US$ 760/ton in the last week, a declination of 5 per cent compared to previous week.
