Turkish D-PPI up 53.3% YoY for textiles, 64.44% YoY for apparel in Feb

- Turkiye's domestic producer price index (D-PPI) increased by 3.74 per cent month on month (MoM) and by 47.29 per cent year on year (YoY) in February.
- D-PPI increased by 53.3 per cent YoY and by 3.73 per cent MoM in the textile sector in the month, while in the readymade garments sector, it increased by 64.44 per cent YoY and 5.24 per cent MoM.

D-PPI increased by 56.71 per cent YoY and by 4.56 per cent MoM in the country’s manufacturing sector in the month, an official release from the Turkish Statistical Institute said.
D-PPI decreased by 30.68 per cent YoY and by 4.96 per cent MoM for electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning in the month.
