ZDHC hires five new board directors of the ZDHC Foundation

The Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC) programme has announced the appointment of five new Board Directors of the ZDHC Foundation. The ZDHC programme is a collaboration of over 70 signatory brands, value chain affiliates, and associates advancing towards the elimination of hazardous chemicals in the textile and footwear value chain.

Joining the existing ZDHC Board of Directors are Adam Brennan, unit leader, sustainable chemicals management, C&A; Manuel Baigorri Soneiro, senior director, global sustainability value chain, Levi Strauss & Co.; Carmen Chan, senior corporate responsibility manager; Dr Wei-Wang Chen, general manager, Everlight Chemical; and Pascal Brun, head of sustainability, production, H&M.

With the five additional board members, the ZDHC Foundation expands the board to a total of 12 directors and also significantly extends Board representation in Asia with Manuel Baigorri Soneiro, Adam Brennan, Pascal Brun, Dr. Wei-Wang Chen, and Carmen Chan on the board.
