M/s Synfab Sales & Industries Ltd, the flagship company of the Barasia Group, was incorporated in 1994. Under the leadership of its promoters Mr. Rishi Kumar Barasia &Mr.Vinod Kumar Barasia the companyhas grown exponentially by leveraging the experience and expertise of the Barasia group, which has been engaged in the textile trade for last five decades.

The promoters envisioned demand for fabrics made of polyester texturized yarn. Thus, Synfab set up its first yarn texturizing unit in 1995 at Silvassa. Growth in demand for its innovative products of superior quality led Synfab to expand its capacities and set up the second facility in 2002, also at Silvassa.

Synfab’s products are preferred by top weavers and traders. The sales department services a pan India customer base including centres of Mumbai, Tirupur, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bhiwandi, Bhilwara, Hyderabad, Ichalkaranji, Kolkatta, Ludhiana, Malegaon, Meerut, Surat, Tarapur and Tamil Nadu.

The company’s plants are ideally located at Silvassa U.T., well connected with road and rail. Its facilities are 180 km from Mundra port and a mere 10 Kms for NH-8. Major consumption centers of Bhiwandi, Malegaon & Surat along with several others lie within a 150 km radius.
